Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Flat monthly fee. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards agencies for spending more of your money — bad incentive. Our fee is the same whether your budget is ฿20k or ฿200k.
Who owns the account?
You do. Always. We work inside your account (or build a new one in your name). If we ever part ways, you keep everything — campaigns, data, learnings.
What's the difference between Search and Performance Max?
Search ads show only when someone Googles a specific query — high intent. Performance Max blends Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, and Maps with Google's AI choosing where to show. PMax is great for e-comm with a product feed; Search wins for lead-gen and high-margin services.
Will my conversions actually be tracked properly?
Yes — and this is where most agencies fail. We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and (where it matters) offline conversion uploads from your CRM. So bidding actually learns from real revenue, not page views.
